Are they two people or just two particles of which Jelinek writes? In any case, the two just want to play. Preferably electronically and with a lot of electricity, until they realize that they are in a world in which all the other players are already dead, have fallen victim to a reactor accident and, above all, have fallen victim to themselves. An installation using five projectors shows impressions of our world, which in the end is painted on the wall with the help of VR goggles until the two can only fly to Mars – at least virtually.
Sind es zwei Menschen oder nur zwei Teilchen, von welchen Jelinek schreibt? Jedenfalls wollen die beiden nur spielen. Am liebsten elektronisch und mit viel Strom, bis sie feststellen, dass sie sich in einer Welt befinden, in der alle Mitspieler schon tot sind, einem Reaktorunglück und vor allem aber sich selbst zum Opfer gefallen sind. Eine Installation über fünf Projektoren zeigt Impressionen unserer Welt, die am Ende mit Hilfe einer VR-Brille zugemüllt an die Wand gemalt wird, bis die beiden nur noch zum Mars fliegen können – zumindest virtuell.
